Living by our Principles
At PTA Petroleum, our core values of honesty, integrity, and respect for people guide every action we take. These principles are the foundation of our business, influencing every transaction and decision.
At PTA Petroleum, our core values of honesty, integrity, and respect for people are the foundation of our business principles and the bedrock of all our operations. These values are integral to every transaction, large or small, guiding the behaviour we expect from every employee at all times.
We recognise that we are judged by our actions, and our reputation depends on our adherence to both the law and our business principles. We encourage all employees to live by these principles or their equivalent, ensuring that our conduct consistently reflects our values.
It is the responsibility of our management team to lead by example. They must ensure that all employees are aware of and understand these principles, and that their behavior aligns with both the spirit and the letter of this commitment. To support the application of our principles, we have established a comprehensive set of assurance procedures. These procedures are designed to ensure that our employees fully understand the principles and confirm their actions are in accordance with them.
Management is also responsible for providing employees with safe and confidential channels to raise concerns and report instances of non-compliance. It is the duty of every employee to report any suspected breaches of the business principles to PTA Petroleum management, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
By living by our principles, we ensure that PTA Petroleum remains a trusted and respected leader in the industry.
